@ozbucheron: i remember you from OGX ! No, no detail on cost has been released yet by the company except twice if i recall well the targetted production cost of $ 12/lb. So far everything points in the right direction ( low Opex) especially the fact that via a v low cost simple gravity system ( not available to laterite projects) COB can get a concentrate of 0.4.-0.5% which then is processed. COB's CEO said the company would only have to treat only 20% of the mined ore thanks to that. Also the railway track to the port passes right through the tenement and the processing plant ideal location would be in the middle of the 3 current mining areas (max 1.5km if i recall well) etc All this was mentioned in previous announcements. The PFS in June will give you more certainty but of course by then the SP is likely to be higher.
