Does anyone else find these change of substantial holder forms as fascinating as me. They do seem to have some sort of affect, just look at this
3/3 Bank of America or its subsidiaries borrow some 6 million odd SYR Share. SYR closing price $4.50
6/3 Bank of America inform the market of the change to their holding. SYR closing price $4.72
7/3 - 19/3 Trend down to a closing price of 4.18
Is this just coincidence? I suppose B of A are just glad they borrowed the shares instead of buying them, just lucky I suppose. DYOR
