Personally I am absolutely confident they will be able to do so. But that is just my opinion at this stage - based on an assumption that all the players involved in AVZ would be asking that absolutely fundamental question. Still, given this report is floating around scaring people, it would be so much more useful for someone to be able to demonstrate that in black-and-white with reference to whatever DRC rules apply than to trawl up personal details of who wrote the report.

I would say that the DRC is more interested in the lithium than the tailings of an old tin mine.
At the end of the day it is their country and it is their minerals. I hope that makes sense.
They are trying to rebuild their country as good as they can.
