    I'm not talking about a legal challenge. I'm not even expressing my own opinion. I simply refer to a point raised in the EE report that does bear consideration. They allege that the presence of an exploitation license on the tailings in the same location as an exploration license precludes AVZ being able to get an exploitation license under DRC rules. This has nothing to do with legal challenges, it has to do with the question of whether they will actually be allowed to dig the lithium out of the ground.

    Personally I am absolutely confident they will be able to do so. But that is just my opinion at this stage - based on an assumption that all the players involved in AVZ would be asking that absolutely fundamental question. Still, given this report is floating around scaring people, it would be so much more useful for someone to be able to demonstrate that in black-and-white with reference to whatever DRC rules apply than to trawl up personal details of who wrote the report.
