A 17.3 is not price sensitive, the content that initiated it is therefore the 17.3 should not be marked price sensitive. I think the ASX has unknowingly thrown us a bone by relating the 17.3 to a price sensitive announcement that was queried by ASX with ARV response being outside the allocated time of unsatisfactory in relation to listing guidlines. Anyway, who cares- we can deliberate the particulars all day, let see what comes out of this.
