REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, Winmar Resources Limited (ASX: WFE) (“the Company”) requests an immediate voluntary suspension be granted by the ASX with respect to Winmar’s quoted securities.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Winmar advises:

1. a)  The reason for the request is to facilitate the finalisation of the capital raising referred to in the Trading Halt request dated 14 march 2018.
2. b)  The Company anticipates the voluntary suspension to remain in place until it makes an announcement in relation to the capital raising which is expected to be finalised early next week.
3. c)  The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
