NST are focussed on pounding drill holes into their 300koz operations, and, busy buying a multi-million ounce Alaskan project that will likely accelerate NST into the realms of 1Moz/year in a few short years.
I don't seeing NST keeping hold of Paulsens in the short-term, let alone agreeing to explore in the Pilbara for gold - unproven conglomerate gold no less. That would be a giant WTF, the market would crucify Bill and Co.
