Recovery in America is in employment nos of bell boys, bar tenders and hotel staff ( and some unsavory activities among the fairer sex , lol ) , no where else, there is no growth in manufacturing at all : even Amazon is totally towards temping in employment, taking in very little permanent staff ; walmart et al on the same trend : world over economies are moving towards mass unemployment with UBI ( Universal Basic Income ) being the future trend, govts will just print money , credit into bank accounts of people, control inflation and make it a cashless society : the first experiment was conducted in India last year when Modi made 86 percent of the cash notes in circulation worthless over night on Nov 8 ,2016 : so the trends are clear globally : silver has tremendous tail winds through various applications which we all know, it has a bright future : of interest is to know that Canada mining sector is on downhill as there are no takers for entry level mining sector jobs , there will be mass exodus in next ten years as most old hands will retire : if we check the board members ages in most cos, they are on the wrong side of 60 lol , so from mining workers to senior board members , the vacancies will be too huge ; same is the trend in countries like Italy which were pioneers in stone processing for many centuries, now no youngster wants to enter a stone processing factory for any reason at all : in India even the poorest farmer does not do manual tilling of land, if he cannot afford a tractor he just keeps the land fallow : globally physical work is avoided totally, also as a result health problems are increasing due to excessive food but no physical activity : citizens every where blaming govts for lack of employment, but many times they are wrong as they are not wanting to do most of the jobs in the market now adays : it may look like I am digressing from the subject of POS but the trends are clear , if the mining industry does not automate and introduce robots, there is no way they can maintain even the current production of silver and gold in next ten years with falling yield in all existing mines and new deposits hard to come by ; additionally in many countries like thailand and philly, open pit mining is being banned , the head winds against mining is increasing quite a lot : net net bullish on PM and base metals with increasing trends towards green technologies .
