    From a previous announcement, specking:

    Halliburton and Strike, as operator, are also in engaged in discussions on a partnership agreement for followon wells pending the successful execution of Jaws-1.

    Jaws-1 is yet to be completed of course but Halliburton may already comfortable with the partnership going forward. As you say, speculation for now.
