Milking the cash cow is par for the course with this mob. Of course there will need to be another CR if they get the grant. If they don't OHD is dead and buried or they'll have to fund it themselves won't they .... last we heard the PDU was buggered and not producing enough magic juice was it? ... and then of course there's lifestyle goals.
