    in this case, when oversubscribed, either they scale back, or allocate upon the time they received the funds, so your payment is at the back of queue so No shares left....

    the last 2 3/4 baggers run should keep people hands sticky expecially the recent Placements(Mates deal so they will wait for news imo)
