CaptainBarnacles I can't really make an informed opinion on your comments. They all seem appropriate and align with shareholder mistrust arising from next-to recent history. From my perspective if management have until 31 March to get finance together they should not rush it. I would like to think they are well on their way which would mean they have identified the appropriate structure, agreed with bankers, identified relevant providers of finance - be it mezz debt or equity (my pref is mezz debt as its cheaper in the long run but more risky...the normal trade off) and appointed legal counsel / advisors. Terms sheets would likely be circulating at this stage both within the banking group and counterparties. If they haven't made it this far then I would be concerned for a 31 March deadline. I'm not expecting a step-by-step download from mgmt at this stage but would like to know general status by the new year. IMHO.
