Miners not moving up significantly can mean only two things 1 ) Gold and silver will drop back again or 2) Miners are waiting for retail to get fed up and exit. I believe the latter is true, most think former is true. Let us see how it goes.
However I can understand the cynicism and frustration of guys invested in scrips like this for years . Quite understandable.
