From what I remember, there was a relatively small fraud in GoGetta (several million $), then some months later management surprise announced that GoGetta would close.
So now the company will change from hospitality+GoGetta to only hospitality.
Then there was some less upbeat news about hospitality performance, which is now the only division, and something about an ASIC inquiry into GoGetta lending without a license.
