Take away the director buying and I think the price would be well under $4. A week ago I would have seriously considered buying back in at $4.10, but I don't think the risk is worth it. We've seen too many of these mid/small caps collapse in the past few years. Why would Allen English even bother to buy $50,000 worth of shares? The dividend will pay him $800,000+. So - what is he doing? who is he fooling?
