Good to see that your taking lessons away from mistakes. But unfortunately you'll also see the exact opposite for the points you outlined.
Imo, best just to diversify so that a 30% drop can be accompanied by another company's 30% gain. For me, the decision to sell was based on incompetent management. That is a factor that will continually drag the price down unless the company has enough going for it to work on its own.
