No mention of court cases against the fraud perpetrators does not give me a good feeling that SIV is working to get to the bottom of this , also the mention that both vendors and buyers were fraudulent indicates there was a systemic problem , so I wonder how the rest of the business is being fiscally managed .
My report card gives them a C-
