Sorry don't agree with this sentiment, this is a business not a charity, they aren't even a social enterprise, it's a business communication tool, not something that is going to benefit humanity much.
So why would I buy shares through this spp it I can get them cheaper on market!?
It's fully underwritten as well?? Seems ridiculous to expect shareholder to risk their money when this company hasn't been good to them so far.
