Highlighting "Buy Back" (which is very small) is alternative way of hiding behind a much larger capital raise. Companies these days are careful about what they write in the announcement headings as computers of fund manages follow algorithms in announcement headings, if the heading has E.G "significant loss " the computers can start an auto sell before the announcement is even read by an analyst. E.G "Buy Back" is a good statement that consolidates a company (usually considered a defensive play, rather then aggressive one)
And "Capital raise" would concern some holders (and fund managers) because of the dilution especially if their not getting material value for the raise.
