If blackrock hadn’t of sold, I’m sure the SP would be higher and they would’ve raised at a higher price. Again, out of managements control. Who’s going to take up the offer if they can get their shares cheaper on market? There needs to be an incentive. Management waited as long as they could imo. They tried releasing investor reports and drill results to drive the SP up before they had to raise... all my opinion of course
