Yes, KS it is my fault for not accepting your offer of 5.3c per share (oh, that's right I wasn't made aware of it) because the board (which would have still had the influence of DV) thought we should wait until the situation became totally dire and they could make a recommendation of accepting 2c per share!
Is that in the best interests of all parties????
