You should probably call up the Company and/or the corporate advisor and ask the hard questions then.
As for track record, the guy you are pointing the finger at has a pretty good one as mentioned in my previous comment. People make 200%, 600% etc and still complain.
The market is crap all over at the moment.
Did you buy the stock for a stag or for the company?? If it is the later, then why to do care in the short term? Maybe its an entry point for you then?
Its always the staggers than complain.
