I'm trying to understand if it is worth it going into SVT before the quarterly.
Wages is also my biggest concern, I can't help but think that the revenue growth is linked to increased wage cost.
On top of that, the rollout to NSW will inherently be labour intensive by my understanding.
Capital structure is my biggest concern. Frankly its atrocious because of the convertible note which have a cost base for converted shares @ 50% of IPO valuation (as per prospectus). This effectively means buyers will get taken out on volume all the way down to 10c, these shares aren't escrowed.
Having said all that, if they do show a small profit and they keep costs under wraps then this is entirely too cheap and will re-rate quite hard.
