Can't really see where the bleeding will stop other than at a level where the seed don't want to sell. Looks like sub 10 cents. Seed is one thing but also issuing stock for debt might not have been a real good idea. Issuing stock to others and paying down debt in cash in this instance probably would of been a better option. IMO
