Sorry mate, but you are comparing apples and oranges here as they are two different companies with completely different growth prospects. Redflex was established in 1997 and their current revenue for the financial year could be around c.$100m and dropping. SNS and Redflex and not even close to similar.

Redflex's recent revenue for HY18 just dropped c. 16% and they are currently sitting on a loss of c.$11m. They have also been listed for 20 years (yes, 20 years!!) and have a market cap of $80m.

SNS on the other hand is growing rev, they have partnered with Nvidia in their smart cities program and have a myriad of other attractive products that they are putting to market and kicking goals through partnerships with airports, councils and potentially casinos with their existing product set. I know which horse I'd like to back.
