A long term option holder converted their unlisted options recently. 3B was submitted yesterday. 9.5m at 5c - that cost them $495,000 which went to the Nuheara coffers.
Not too many people can just "spare" $495,000 - so they may have sold about 4m of them today to possibly repay the lender.
Only conjecture, but absolutely no issue for holders.
An upside is the extra $495K into the Nuheara coffers.
