The last time the relative strength index RSI was so low was end of April 2017, one year ago. The recent 3.5c two trading days ago may well be the low on this set up imo. In short a great time to go LONG SCI as I read it.
The 3.5c was a little above the 200 day moving average so could be argued that was a retest of moving average base support.
I think the risks are to the upside now given announcements on progress of driling a.k.a. continuous disclosures.
