    Dont get me wrong I am interested in Scout and they are on my radar but the next 4C will assist with understanding their growth a little bit more as dilution can be an absolute killer.

    If Scout can pick up sales growth over the next three quarters and do a CR in between they could be ripe for the picking around October in preperation for Dec.
