    It's amazing how little surgeons know about this. I called my burn surgeon friend and said you plan on using this stuff once FDA approval hits. He said "Hell yeah." When all US burn surgeons react like that, it will be properly penetrated. There's no reason this should not be standard care. It's actually pretty unethical to use this on small pediatric burns. Soooo once the knowledge actually reaches the end users (burn and plastics surgeons) it will be a no brainer for usage. Whether or not that makes $$ for the company or the SP is yet to be determined. But long term, there's no reason this shouldn't be standard of care. Hint...that means REPLACE tech from the 1920s that still is standard today (full thickness & STSG).
