    interesting that this is to be built from the ground up instead of coupling some containerised Nirobox plants after all 22 million litres a day would only be about 15 boxes and built in a much shorter time
    It's interesting to dig a bit further into the financial side, I'd guess for a number of reasons they did not want to be too specific.

    To start with they say that sale of water will bring revenue to Fluence of US$10 million p.a. however I wonder what expenses would be deducted from that figure?
    Such expenses as:-
    1. Interest and principal on the $36 million to the main lender
    2. Interest on the $5.6 million equity investment (if accounted for)
    3. FLC's share of the cost of running and maintaining the plant
    4. Depreciation over the 30 year life, assuming the plant is transferred
    free of charge after 30 years.
