Past performance is also a big plus with PGC. I have no reason to doubt their projections as there is no evidence they overstate their capabilities. That alone makes PGC unique in the small caps.
I'm not expecting the price to fall Joe, not under the 60c mark for any worthwhile period at least. I think they will have to bugger something up to achieve that.
