I would be. Surprised that is.
But if you stargaze then why not say $250M revenue and $70 M profit to make $1 per share in profit?
Then if 80% of profit is paid in dividends ie 80c p.a. it would take less than 40 years to pay back my share purchase cost. At which stage I'll probably have been dead for 20 years being realistic.
The share price would be about $30 with 2.75 % dividend if this miracle comes to fruition. So I'd sell off most shares and reduce my holdings by 95%, leaving enough to justify appearing in this forum occasionally to enjoy the never ending rounds of self congratulation from the happy punters.
