    I never said any such thing you are slandering me and making libellous posts. Please post where I said that class action was settled because the BOD know they are criminals.

    What I have said was I believe the at least some directors betrayed, mislead, deceived, conned shareholders. I also believe directors disregarded continuous disclosure laws. I believe ASIC should fully investigate that and prosecute if warranted.That's what I believe and I stand by it.

    Now let me ask you a question; during the time that AG was reconfirming good forward guidance after the crash in November 2015 do you think he should have known the if Quindell had defrauded him?
