Funnily enough I remember questioning the experience and capability of "Strategic Water Management" on this site early last year. Couldn't even work out who they were yet RWD management never saw to question? I take it thats the crowd that didn't cut it.
Also yes, interesting on p.14 they are still saying PFS by end of first quarter?
