Initially I thought some kind of drying bed also but the labelling of F2 and F6 suggests Filtering, although not sure why it has four pipes commoned, F6 appears to have some kind of 2 pole limiting switch or something. That roller tray down the bottom suggests some kind of product is filtered and dropped out for manual collection
