I did wonder why they listed on the Frankfurt exchange, sounds like they are looking to do some fresh food farms in Europe.
At the time of listing in Frankfurt, they also engaged DGWA. The founder/CEO of DGWA is Stefan Muller who is also a member of the supervisory board of Agrarius AG, a publicly-listed German agricultural company which grows perishable foods in central Europe providing high quality food products directly to wholesalers. (what a coincidence).
The listing was about 6 weeks before the Freshero announcement. Wouldn't be surprised if we hear more on European developments in the not too distant future.
