The Trading Halt arose because the ASX requested that the Company remove from its December 2017 Quarterly Report a table which set out the in-ground value of the revenue stream of battery metals (particularly vanadium) within the Haggan project resource. The December 2017 Quarterly Report was released on 31 January 2018.
The Company is working on a revised December 2017 Quarterly Report which it will release to the Australian and London markets on Thursday 22 March 2018, at which time the ASX trading halt should be lifted.
The Company further notes that the JORC compliant Mineral Resource summary for the Company's Swedish projects dated 10 August 2012 from which the information in the December 2017 Quarterly Report was extracted was announced to the ASX on 10 August 2012 and was reproduced in the Competent Person's Report produced at the time of the Company's admission to AIM in September 2016.
