Looks like they were keeping busy running around to make sure they kept their sits in the boardroom it seems. 15% was not enough dilution and they asked for another 10% to allow the company raise 25%
they will continue to raise & burn cash for ever,lrr is still an explorer and will be for quite some time,I think the share price is still high at present,
