Morrison6, i agree with many of your statements and it is a shame to see you sell out at a loss, hopefully not too large.
I fortunately started buying GMV shares in May last year and at this stage I am in positive territory and i have no plans of selling in the near future unless something drastically happens.
The company maker is the CFDA approval and this can occur anytime, no one knows if this is coming through next week or in 6 weeks time, but i know i want to be holding GMV shares when this announcement is released to the market - assuming it is the approval given. Hence your decision to sell out today in the hope of buying in at a lower price in a week or two's time i believe is a big risk with little reward, but i do not know your circumstances and will not question this decision.
I certainly have doubts on whether GMV can achieve the revenue that they have stated but Yacov's unrelenting attitude of putting his money where his mouth erases these doubts along with the recently released Company Presentation (8 days ago) supporting these MOU figures.
Before selling I suggest people take a look at the negative what if's;
1. GMV can only achieve 50% of the sales figures in their MOU's
2. CFDA approval takes another 6 weeks to be announced (receiving CFDA is a given)
3. We have a CR which dilutes us by 15%
If all three were to occur what would be the value of GMV in 12 months time?
I suggest multiples of what it is trading at today.
GMV
