Overall I'm a little disappointed in management, very sloppy and unprofessional of late. Yacov should not have been buying stock knowing the first every monthly update and investor presentation was to be released the day after buying. Although not much new news in it. Just not a good look. Further more, he has paid for a research report which would have been weeks in the making and he would have know it was ready for release. Anyway, with an agm coming up he should have waited. The only reason I can think of is he will do a placement to a strategic investor as per resolution 4 at the agm and keep his holding above 50%. Agree, these unprofessional issues should be left to the board and yacov and management should be focused on the task at hand. Overall very distracting and makes any new investor think twice and wait for the actual announcements to get involved.
