Motley makes calls according to the way the wind blows, a few months ago- they were screaming buy buy, then the sp is clearly being manipulated and goes into the oversold territory and they saying sell sell. Great analysis. Let’s close the stable door after the horse has bolted.

Currently sp is oversold and undervalued. The sale will go through, they will restructure, telco sentiment will change. Voc have a lot of infrastructure, and if the industry consolidated and they were acquired-$3-4 would be fair/slightly discounted price.

Simply put VOC's absurd market cap to sales multiple will tempt people to come in and find synergies. There was a block of shares that went through recently. 14+million shares. As I understand that's a private equity holding a small toe hold in case they get a second chance.
