I see this as an opportunity to buy to be honest. I personally don't like the idea to sell NZ business. Once we have new CEO , things will be much better. I don't think the bank will chase after voc for debt convenant as long as there is no more guidance downgrading. If there do a CR I hope it is only for existing shareholder with all equal opportunity to top up. Dyor
