Good points. Yes I wanted to wait for sale result, however the capital loss credits offsetting a gain in another opportunity perhaps exceeding rate of recovery of my capital here is compelling.

Plenty of short term downside here. Probs a great business 5 yrs down the track with decent management and more market share. Whats it worth than making 450-500m EBITDA? 2.5-3.5b? $4-5 per share? I'm in at 4.30 and may as well utilise the loss and reinvest elsewhere.
