    You would be foolish, in my opinion, to make a decision based upon a single article rumour. As a previous poster mentioned, very few profitable infrastructure businesses of the likes of Vocus NZ would be sold for 4x EBITDA.

    Sure, there's a risk that the share price will decrease further, but there remains a profitable underlying business that is already discussing re-financing so the pressure is there, but not suffocating. I don't believe the assets being divested would be at fire sale pricing as other options exist (i.e. CR).

    My 2c is on seeing what the sale price actually is and then making a decision. Don't forget there is significant short interest at play and market sentiment overall is not ideal.
