I think I know the difference between Auditors and Company Valuators.

As per Appendix 4 of the company response, the valuation methodology is clearly explained and whether BS sets the valuation for a specific asset or not, you would think there remains sufficient independent input into the process to snuff out any unreasonable assumptions or multiples.
