31.4million shares were issued in the last placement. For the institutions and sophisticated investors that wanted in, it was a compelling proposition as opposed to filling their boots on market and buying at a much higher premium. If 31.4million shares were bought on market now, the share price would be much much higher, and of course so too would their average prices.
