I don't know what business you in Doniac, however, imo the 6c option thing was a 'smokescreen fluff' for the huge discount Paterson's got their placing at...and now, along with BoD dwiddling, this has 'dragged' the sp down to that placing level untill Co gets some 'results' ...
imo Paterson's would not have had an eye on 'option profit' at negotiations when conversion price would be 3x's the price they paid for placing share....this was their 'win' imo...if sp to 4c gives Paterson's makes 100% profit....2.5c-3c may even see them happy to get out...6c sp means 'all the ducks' must line up....atm, all the 'ducks' look like a braile cricket team's scorecard imo....
