lol lndigo...l have been there done that and just get the 'same ol same ol' pre-recorded 'speel'....then after the ear gets filled up with the proverbial l do feel a bit like a Pom mushroom....just kept in the dark and fed BS....
After calling TM l feel like l get more sense and direction listening to one of those automated reception messages,"...for this...Push 1"..."for that, Push 2"...whenever l have called TM it is like l immediately, "Pushed 5 to hear these options again"...
