I wonder, what would be more profitable and built faster...... my guess is things move faster in Zimbabwe.
As for political risk?.... and that is pretty much non-existent.... do they really want a Mugabe puppet?
As for social/violence/war risk?... the location is less than 40km out the capital of Harare.... this pretty much Frankston..... although sheet happens down at Franga.... it's pretty a such place.
