    PSC can do CR however don't know where Farvic will get their $16.8m so tend to think the project may need to borrow. Anyone have any ideas where FARVIC share will come from?

    I think there could be news out of HK next week and as early as Monday as I believe they were meeting interested parties from their recent roadshow. Hoping for a better week.
